Schedule Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
The following conditions apply:
- Camper’s final schedule due June 1.
- Before June 1
- You can change your camper’s schedule without penalty.
- You can receive a full tuition refund upon cancellation.
- After June 1, any cancellation or reduction will be refunded 50% of any overpaid monies.
- After July 1, no refunds will be given.
- Unused days are non refundable and non transferable from one summer to another summer.
- Registration fees are non refundable
- In all cases of cancellation, there will be a $100 minimum fee per camper.
